These terms and conditions and their interpretation are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

At Bayt Al Asala, we are committed to protecting our customers' privacy, and we confirm that we never sell or publish any personal information to any third party.
We only share the information necessary to complete your order with trusted service providers, such as shipping companies (to deliver your order) and secure payment providers (to process your payment). These providers use your information only for these purposes.
When you submit your information through our website, we protect it using the latest technologies and security measures, both online and offline.
Data is stored on secure, access-restricted systems, and only authorized personnel are allowed to view it. Our team is also trained to handle information securely according to the highest protection standards.
Account Privacy
Users are responsible for keeping their account details and password confidential, and are fully responsible for all activities that take place through their account.
If the user is under 18 years old, the website must be used under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Bayt Al Asala reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, edit content or cancel orders as it deems appropriate.
Delivery Policy
- Upon receiving your order, an electronic signature or a signature on the invoice may be required, and this signature is considered confirmation that all products were received in full.
- If the customer is not available, the order may be delivered to any person present at the address, and their signature is considered official receipt of the order.
- If the order cannot be delivered, please contact customer service to schedule a new delivery time. The store is not responsible for orders that are not collected within 30 days of the order date.
- Please make sure to answer the courier's calls to ensure your order is delivered on time.
- Working days are Sunday to Thursday. There is no delivery on Fridays or public holidays.

تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام وتفسيراتها إلى قوانين المملكة العربية السعودية، كما تخضع للاختصاص القضائي الحصري لمحاكم المملكة العربية السعودية.
سياسة الخصوصية
نلتزم في بيت الأصالة بالحفاظ على خصوصية عملائنا، ونؤكد أننا لا نقوم ببيع أو نشر أي معلومات شخصية لأي طرف ثالث.
ولا نشارك إلا المعلومات اللازمة لإتمام طلبك مع مزوّدي خدمات موثوقين، مثل شركات الشحن (لتوصيل طلبك) ومزوّدي الدفع الآمن (لمعالجة عملية الدفع)، ويستخدم هؤلاء المزوّدون معلوماتك لهذه الأغراض فقط.
عند تقديم معلوماتك عبر موقعنا، نعمل على حمايتها باستخدام أحدث التقنيات والإجراءات الأمنية، سواء داخل الموقع أو خارجه.
يتم تخزين البيانات على أنظمة آمنة ومحدودة الوصول، ويُسمح فقط للأشخاص المخوّلين بالاطلاع عليها، كما يتم تدريب فريق العمل على التعامل الآمن مع المعلومات وفق أعلى معايير الحماية.
خصوصية الحساب
يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية الحفاظ على سرية بيانات حسابه وكلمة المرور، كما يتحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم من خلال حسابه.
في حال كان عمر المستخدم أقل من 18 سنة، يجب استخدام الموقع تحت إشراف أحد الوالدين أو ولي الأمر.
يحتفظ متجر بيت الأصالة بالحق في رفض الخدمة أو إيقاف الحسابات أو تعديل المحتوى أو إلغاء الطلبات وفق ما يراه مناسباً.
سياسة التوصيل
- عند استلام الطلب، قد يُطلب توقيع إلكتروني أو توقيع على الفاتورة، ويُعتبر هذا التوقيع تأكيداً على استلام المنتجات كاملة.
- في حال عدم تواجد العميل، يمكن تسليم الطلب لأي شخص متواجد في العنوان، ويُعد توقيعه بمثابة استلام رسمي للطلب.
- إذا تعذّر تسليم الطلب، يُرجى التواصل مع خدمة العملاء لتحديد موعد جديد. المتجر غير مسؤول عن الطلبات التي لم يتم استلامها خلال 30 يوماً من تاريخ الطلب.
- يُرجى الحرص على الرد على مكالمات مندوب التوصيل لضمان تسليم الطلب في الوقت المحدد.
- أيام العمل من الأحد إلى الخميس، ولا يتم التوصيل في أيام الجمعة والعطل الرسمية.
