Eligibility

Orders

An order is a request to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, for example if a product is out of stock, the price or description contains an error, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Prices & Payment

• Prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless stated otherwise.
• Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include card payments and cash on delivery in eligible areas of Saudi Arabia.
• International orders require advance payment of the order value and the international shipping cost, shown before you complete your order.
• Card payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

Your Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please contact us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Shipping

Orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Delivery times, destinations and costs are described in our Shipping Policy.

Returns & Refunds

Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order, and products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Approved refunds are issued within 14 days. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Do not interfere with the security or operation of the website.
• Do not copy or resell website content or products without our written permission.
• Do not post false, offensive or misleading reviews or content.

Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including the Bayt Al Asala name and logo, text, images, designs and guides, belongs to Bayt Al Asala LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. It may not be used without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws.
