General Conditions

  • Return or exchange requests must be submitted within a maximum of 3 days from the date the product is received.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unopened and unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Seals or serial numbers must be intact, and the package must be undamaged.
  • Any gifts included with the product must be returned in their original condition.

Returns & Refunds

  • Cash on delivery: The amount is transferred to the customer's bank account within no more than 14 days from the date the request is approved.
  • Online payment: The amount is refunded to the same payment method within no more than 14 days.

Exceptions

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returns do not cover personal-use products or products that have been opened.
  • International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping Costs

  • The customer bears all shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
  • Delivery fees and cash on delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • Send a request by email or WhatsApp with your order number and details.
  • We will reply within 48 hours to arrange the process.

  • Please make sure you enter a clear address to ensure fast delivery.
  • Orders are shipped daily except Fridays and public holidays.

الشروط العامة

  • يجب تقديم طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 3 أيام كحد أقصى من تاريخ استلام المنتج.
  • يجب أن تكون المنتجات في حالتها الأصلية، غير مفتوحة أو مستخدمة، وفي تغليفها الأصلي.
  • يجب أن تكون الأختام أو الأرقام المتسلسلة سليمة والعبوة غير تالفة.
  • يجب إعادة أي هدايا مرفقة مع المنتج في حالتها الأصلية.

الاسترجاع واسترداد المبلغ

  • الدفع عند الاستلام: يتم تحويل المبلغ إلى الحساب البنكي للعميل خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 14 يوماً من تاريخ قبول الطلب.
  • الدفع الإلكتروني: يتم إرجاع المبلغ إلى نفس وسيلة الدفع خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 14 يوماً.

الاستثناءات

  • لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة.
  • لا يشمل الاسترجاع المنتجات ذات الاستخدام الشخصي أو التي تم فتحها.
  • الطلبات الدولية غير قابلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.

تكاليف الشحن

  • يتحمل العميل جميع مصاريف الشحن في حالات الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
  • رسوم التوصيل والدفع عند الاستلام غير قابلة للاسترجاع.

خطوات الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال

  • إرسال طلب عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو واتساب مع رقم الطلب وتفاصيله.
  • سيتم الرد خلال 48 ساعة لترتيب الإجراءات.

سياسة التوصيل

  • يُرجى التأكد من إدخال عنوان واضح لضمان توصيل سريع.
  • يتم شحن الطلبات يومياً ما عدا الجمعة والعطل الرسمية.
  • مدة التوصيل المتوقعة من 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل حسب المنطقة.
